2024 Annual & Special General Meeting of Shareholders

Obsidian Energy’s Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders was held live at the Company’s offices on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (MDT). In association with the 2024 Annual & Special Meeting, our President and CEO, Mr. Stephen Loukas and other members of management hosted a webcast presentation after the formal portion of the meeting at 10:00 am MDT (12:00 pm EDT).  

We used notice and access to deliver meeting materials for our 2024 Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders to our registered shareholders and beneficial owners. This allows us to post our 2024 Management Information Circular, 2023 Annual Report and other related materials online instead of mailing the documents, providing an environmentally-friendly and cost-effective way to distribute materials.
