2026 Annual & Special General Meeting of Shareholders

Obsidian Energy’s Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held live at the Company’s offices on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. MT (11:00 a.m. ET). We use notice and access to deliver meeting materials for our 2026 Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders to our registered shareholders and beneficial owners. This allows us to post our 2026 Management Information Circular, 2025 Year-end Financial Statements and MD&A and other related materials online instead of mailing the documents, providing an environmentally-friendly and cost-effective way to distribute materials.
