Obsidian Energy’s Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held live at the Company’s offices and be webcast over the Intranet. The webcast permits a broader base of shareholders to participate in the meeting, regardless of their geographical location. Details regarding connecting to the webcast will be provided here at a later date. 

We are using notice and access to deliver meeting materials for our 2023 Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders to our registered shareholders and beneficial owners. This allows us to post our 2023 Management Information Circular, 2022 Annual Report and other related materials online instead of mailing the documents, providing an environmentally-friendly and cost-effective way to distribute materials. The Meeting Materials can be viewed online on the website (click on links below), on SEDAR or at the following internet address: www.meetingdocuments.com/TSXT/obe.

We encourage all shareholders to vote in advance of the meeting by mail, telephone, or internet in the manner set out in the meeting materials. Shareholders are reminded to view the 2023 Information Circular prior to voting as the 2023 Information Circular has been prepared to help you make an informed decision.

How to Obtain Paper Copies of the Meeting Materials

Shareholders may request that a paper copy of the meeting materials be sent to them at no cost. Requests may be made up to one year from the date the Meeting Materials were filed on SEDAR by:

We estimate that your request for meeting materials will need to be received on or before May 29, 2023 in order for you to receive your paper copies in advance of the deadline for submission of voting instruction forms in respect of the Meeting and by June 5, 2023 in order for you to receive your paper copies prior to the date of the Meeting.
